Senior Completion Engineer
Senior Production Technologist
Well Integrity Engineer including student technical assistance for general ad-hoc tasks.
A summary of each team member will be posted soon.
A senior Oil&Gas professional with
29 years' comprehensive experience and exposure to well completions, workovers,
well testing (DST), production environments, production optimization, well
abandonment, project management, general tender process and operational well
integrity (HPHT and Standard well environments, Jack up, Tender assists, Drill
ships and Semi Submersibles)
Experience in leading multi-discipline teams in Cat 1&2 projects with focus in the North Sea area (HPHT, Redevelopment / brownfield and abandonment projects).
In depth working experience with various oil and gas companies (small independents to multi nationals) gaining knowledge of offshore and onshore techniques. Experience has been gained on a diversity of well completion designs and execution of same, well abandonment's, full package drill stem and well testing design thru to execution amongst others. Matured a strong mind set on project objectives / deliverables, safety, management of change, cost control and risk evaluation.
Solid skill set and knowledge in; completion design, production and drilling technologies in well-established operating environment as well as start-up projects with limited infrastructure and support.

Senior Production Technologist
A Senior Oil & Gas professional with 11 years' comprehensive experience and exposure to well completions, workovers, production environments, production optimization, operational integrity in standard well environments, rock mechanics and reservoir engineering.
Team member of high profile (Cat 1&2) projects in the Southern North Sea (Greenfield, Major re-development / Brownfield Projects).
Exposed to offshore drilling and intervention activities in several countries. Gained experience on a diversity of capital-intensive projects ranging from greenfield development planning to brownfield rebuilding. Familiar with diverse completion types for oil & gas producers, water & gas injectors, monobore type, extended reach wells, smart wells, … Understanding of wide range of reservoirs from very low permeability chalk to mutli-darcy sandstone.
Acquired operational workover and abandonment experience including advance remedial technique to re-instate permanent well integrity. In addition, developed solid technical skills and knowledge within the field of well integrity, completion design, production and drilling technologies as well as reservoir management. This exposure has enabled a capabilities to understand and ensure integration of multidiscipline tasks involving acute well construction and operations understanding such as Drilling Engineering, Well Service, Production Technology also including Geoscience disciplines (Reservoir, geology and Production Engineering).
Great inter-personal skills with an ability to work in highly multicultural teams and engaging at cross-functional levels between different locations (onshore/offshore and multi-location offices).

Senior Drilling Engineer
A Well Engineer with more than 13 years’ international experience in drilling (surface and subsea), workover and abandonment gained through hands-on training and a background in wellsite and operations engineering, well design, project engineering and large-scale multi-activity project delivery.
A sound technical background underpinned by Shell Round 1 and Round 2 qualifications and further developed through exposure to major capital development projects, brownfield redevelopment, novel well design and technical-limit methodologies with aggressive time and cost focus. A diverse range of experience in infill, appraisal, extended-reach, low-cost land and offshore tight gas drilling and well design projects which have developed a knowledge of managed pressure, UBD, low-head and hybrid mudcap techniques, slim well design, cemented, multi-stage, and smart completions.
Involvement in major brownfield and P&A projects in recent years have developed further skills in the use of alternative approaches - both rigless and rig-based - to boost efficiency and drive down costs, resulting in early-adoption of remedial techniques for sustained annulus pressures and development of bespoke new technologies to dramatically reduce well abandonment cost.
A comprehensive skillset in multi-scenario analysis, service contract and equipment tendering and negotiation, risk assessment HAZID/HAZOP, project stakeholder management (regulators, partners, project review team and corporate technical authorities), operational support and supervision. All supported with a passion for teamwork, achievement, success and a sense of humour!

Operational experience in planning and executing vertical and long reach horizontal wells, core and log acquisition. Experienced gained in both carbonate and clastic reservoirs specializing in tight carbonates.
Comprehensive technical skillset in both, open and cased-hole log interpretation with a focus on cement quality and casing integrity. Additional technical competencies include, Laboratory core handling, preparation and analysis including both conventional and special core analysis.
Further industry qualifications gained in business, negotiation and strategy concepts supported by project management training.
